Submissions are now being accepted. Submissions close at 12:00am 30 June 2027 (ACST).

BEFORE YOU START 

Ensure you have read the Terms & Conditions and FAQs have your supporting documents ready to upload. 

 

Saving your progress 

Use the Form Navigation panel to jump between sections, or the next/previous page buttons to move sequentially. 

To save and return later, click Save and close and log out. When you log back in, go to My Submissions to reopen your draft. You can also download your application as a PDF at any time from the bottom of the last page. Save regularly. 

 

Submitting 

Click Review and Submit in the navigation panel. All compulsory fields must be completed before the Submit button becomes active. Once submitted, the application cannot be edited.  

You'll receive a confirmation email with a copy of your submission. 

No confirmation email? Check your spam folder – if it’s not there, you can assume your application was not submitted successfully. 

 

Attachments 

Have your supporting documents saved before you begin. Wait for each file to finish uploading before attaching the next. 

  • Itemised Receipt showing full payment 
  • Certificate of Compliance (if required) 
  • Proof of approvals or other supporting documentation (if required)  

 

Applying as a team 

Multiple people can work on one application using the same login, but only one person should be working at a time. Save regularly.
