Before you begin

Assume AEDA and the City of Adelaide has no prior knowledge of your event/festival when answering the questions.

You may begin anywhere in this application form - please ensure you save as you go.

If you do not receive a confirmation of submission email then you should presume that your submission has NOT been submitted.

If you are using an outdoor public space for your event/festival (e.g. Park Lands, square, street) you are required to make a tentative booking prior to submitting your sponsorship application. CLICK HERE for conditions, fees and the application form. 

Please ensure you are aware of the event application lodgement timeframes.

If the City of Adelaide approves your application for funding, you are responsible for confirming your venue booking and for all infrastructure required to hold your event or festival.

Please read through the Events and Festivals Sponsorship Program Guidelines to ensure your organisation and activity meet the eligibility criteria.

We also strongly encourage you to speak to our Event Sponsorship and Attraction Advisor prior to starting the application (contact details below).

Documentation you will be required to upload

  • A copy of your organisation's most recent annual report and/or audited financial statement.
  • An event plan or running sheet describing the major elements of this event/festival.
  • A Marketing and Communications Plan.
  • An Economic Impact Statement/Report.
  • Any further information you think is relevant to this application.
